Use of this site

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Descriptions of repairs, builds and products are examples of what we do, not a guarantee that a specific part, color, material or vehicle fitment is available at a given time.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and are based on the damage or scope visible at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, parts availability, insurance approvals and supplier pricing can change the final total. We contact you for approval before performing work beyond an approved estimate.

Scheduling and completion

Completion dates are estimates. Parts delays, insurance approvals, weather and paint cure times can move a date. We keep you updated while your vehicle is with us.

Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on our paint and body workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty covers our workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, damage from a new accident, neglect, improper care, rust originating outside the repaired area, or parts covered by a separate manufacturer warranty. Aftermarket parts and accessories carry the manufacturer's own warranty terms.

Payment and vehicle release

Payment is due when the work is complete and before the vehicle or vessel leaves our property, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Insurance deductibles are the responsibility of the customer. Vehicles left after notice of completion may be subject to storage charges as allowed by South Dakota law.

Personal property and storage

Please remove valuables before dropping off your vehicle or boat. We are not responsible for personal property left inside, or for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as rust, prior repairs or aftermarket modifications performed elsewhere.

Text messages

Text message communication is governed by our SMS Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pennington County, South Dakota.
