• Scheduling, performing and following up on repair or build work
• Billing, insurance coordination and warranty records
• Improving this website and our services

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, with insurers when you ask us to handle a claim, or when the law requires it.

SMS and mobile information

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only for the purposes you agreed to. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We will verify your request and respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need additional time as the law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Data retention

We keep repair, estimate and warranty records as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes, then dispose of them securely.
