Accessibility at Kustomz Truck and Auto

Kustomz Truck and Auto wants every customer to be able to find our services, request an estimate and contact us, regardless of ability or the technology they use. This page explains our approach and gives you a direct line to a person if you run into a barrier.

Our Commitment

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means:

• Text and background colors that meet contrast requirements
• Every page navigable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• Real labels on every form field, not placeholder text alone
• Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can move through a page
• Information never conveyed by color alone
• Tap targets sized for use on a phone

Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. As we add pages and features we review them, and we correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.

Reporting Issues

To report an accessibility problem, call or email us with the page address, a short description of what happened, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. That detail helps us reproduce the issue quickly.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within three business days and to correct confirmed issues as promptly as we can. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you and offer another way to get the information or service you needed.
