Aluminum and fiberglass hulls fail in different ways and have to be repaired differently. Kustomz Truck and Auto works on both, so you do not have to hunt for a second shop when the damage crosses over into structure, seams or paint.

On aluminum we handle cracked welds, rivet leaks, punctures, torn transoms and bent or damaged hull sections. Welds are done to hold up under load and vibration, not just to close a gap.

On fiberglass we rebuild laminate, repair stringers and transoms, and finish the surface with color matched gel coat or paint. Either way, the goal is a boat that is sound and safe first and looks right second.

Can you fix a leaking aluminum boat?
Yes. Most leaks trace back to failed rivets, cracked welds or a hard hit. We find the source, repair it properly and check the area rather than sealing over the symptom.
Do you work on pontoons?
Yes, including pontoon tube damage, deck repair and structural work. Bring it in and we will assess it.
Will the repair be visible?
On painted and gel coated surfaces we blend the finish so the repair is very hard to spot. On bare aluminum a weld repair will show as a weld, though we dress it down cleanly.
